Mercy is probably the main support in the game and also the easiest to pick up. She is not too hard to use but heal or do damage you have to switch weapon. Her primary weapon is her staff which can either heal or damage boost allies. The hard thing with this is knowing who to prioritize your healing and damage boosting on. Usually you want to heal the lowest health person on the team but there are exceptions like you would want to save a tank over a dps but if you only had 1 dps, you would probably want to keep him alive. Her damage boost should always usually be on a dps but up close you would want to boost a Reinhardt over a Widowmaker. Her secondary weapon is a pistol which is pretty basic to use and does more damage than you think but you have to know when to be healing, damage boosting and doing your own damage. Her first ability allows her to fly to an ally that she can see and is in range. This is good for escaping enemies, getting around the map faster and you can also fly to them when they are dead so you can revive them faster. Her second ability is to revive her allies. You can revive 1 person every 30 seconds and usually as soon as someone dies first, revive them and keep constantly using it so you can make the most out of it. This is pretty simple but if multiple people are down, you probably want to prioritize what you have the least of on your team, so if you have only 1 tank, prioritize their rez. Her ultimate allows her to get a damage boosts most things about her and allows her to fly which is really good for moving around the map or dodging enemy bullets. This is pretty good for dps and you will find that killing he enemy is more of a priority in this but if an ally is about to die, heal them. You can also rez more people in this mode, so you could rez someone, ultimate and then rez another person.
