Shipmaster

The Shipmaster is in control of Atriox's fleet and controls things like cleansing beam and eradication. In game he is probably my favourite character just because of how flexible he is. He is mainly based around teleporting your and allies units around the map to get them places faster ambush an enemy or get out of the fight. One of the earliest things on his skill tree is teleport and although I wouldn't recommend this card in blitz, it has a much bigger range in other modes and worth picking up. Lets say you need to get somewhere fast or get units out of battle this is how you do it. His skill tree is what makes him so good. It is based around cloaking and teleporting. One of my favourite powers is displacement. This is like teleport but you can teleport enemy units where you want to. So you could half their army, send their whole army away or bring them back into the fight if there retreating. His top abilities are also extremely powerful. He can place down a two way teleporter for a brief period of time where only your troops can go through. This can be used by any unit (even scarabs) and would be used for getting behind an enemy or just a path into and out of combat. What I usually do is send some scarabs into battle and when they get low send them back, heal them and send them back to fight. This teleporter can be placed anywhere and its indestructible. His other ability is called mas cloaking and it cloaks all your units on the map (even scarabs). This makes the invulnerable unless revealed and allows them to go along the map undetected. So you could ambush with a whole army. His Hero is the Honour Guard which is one of the fastest units in the game. He wields an energy sword so melee only but his speed makes up for it. He can also cloak himself.
