Zenyatta
Zenyatta is the only omnic hero in the game at the moment and was also the mentor to Genji. He is probably the least mobile support and has a pretty big hitbox but he does a lot of damage and you can't hear his footsteps because he levitates. He also has 200hp but a lot of that is shields, so he can regen some of his health over time. His primary weapon is his balls which he wears around his neck which do a lot of damage if you can headshot with them but they are quite hard to hit at long range, so practise using them and his secondary fire allows him to charge his balls up and fire them for a huge amount of damage. You want to be charging these up before you see an enemy or behind cover because they allow you to put that extra damage in and these when fully charged can one shot a lot of heroes. A tip is that when you fired a charged shot at long range, put a discord orb on the hero your shooting at right after you let go of the trigger for extra damage. His first ability is his healing orbs which allow him to place an orb on an ally and the orb heals them. This is a steady flow of healing which you can put on one ally at a time but can't put on yourself. This is really handy because you don't need to be with the ally your healing because you can do it at range. When your about to go into a fight, put the healing orb on the person who you think is going to take the most damage, who is most likely the first person to go in, so that you don't have to put the orb on mid-fight. His other ability is his discord orb which you can put on enemies and makes it so they take a lot more damage with every hit. This is really good for singling out targets for your team to take down. Try and put this on people who are high targets like other supports, a dps who is annoying your team or an enemy tank with a lot of health. His ultimate makes him invulnerable for a short time, gives him a speed boost and he heals allies around him for a lot of hp but you can't attack. This is good for if your team gets stuck in a graviton surge because you can heal them all up easily while protecting yourself, if a lot of your team is hurt or to cancel out an enemy ultimate.
